About Elwood Anique Mall:

Open: FRIDAY 9am – 8pm   SAT & SUN 9am – 4pm

For as long as he can remember, Dave Duncan has always been a man with a vision.

“I’m kind of that guy who can see a diamond in the rough,” he said.

When Duncan purchased the former Wickes Lumber on Indiana 37 nearly two years ago, he had his work cut out for him.

“It had been vacant for 12 years,” Duncan said.

Duncan has transformed the 80,000-square-foot building into Elwood Antique Mall and Indoor Flea Market, which is quickly putting Elwood on the map as a weekend destination for antique lovers and pickers around the state.

“We actually opened every weekend starting in April 2017,” he said. “It’s still a work in progress, but when I get it done it will be the largest indoor/outdoor flea market in the state of Indiana.”

Duncan’s favorite part of his business venture has been organizing car shows during the outdoor flea market season.“At the first one, we had 86 cars, and by the last one we had 350 cars,” said Duncan, adding that he plans to hold a car show every Sunday beginning in April if weather permits.
